Baked before sunrise, gone by noon
Hearthside Bakery is a two-oven, four-person bakery on Main Street. We mix at four, bake at five, and sell out most days before lunch.

Everything is naturally leavened with a starter that is older than the shop. We buy flour from a mill two counties over and butter from a dairy you can visit.
